Nadia Ivanova Briggs
Nadia is the founder of The Cure. This lady is the reason why The Cure is so popular and unique. She has put her personal touch into every single detail, making sure that high standards always remain our first priority.
Reflecting on her baby, Nadia says: The Cure to me is more than a business. It is a philosophy, a way of life, a passion. I have been very fortunate to find all the lovely people who work with me. Each one of them is a gem with its own sparkle and sometimes it takes time to see it, to make others see it. I have tried my best to help each person working with me develop and progress as an individual, as a team player and a service provider catering to people’s beauty and wellness demands, but more importantly – their emotions. It is wonderfully rewarding to know that I have created from scratch a place that attracts so many wonderful people – staff and clients. This sanctuary of positive energy surrounding you!
We at The Cure love creating nice experiences, provoking happy emotions and making other people feel better. Some of our clients have affirmed that very sentiment, confiding to the fact that we are 'the cure'. They have said that it’s not just the final result, but the whole experience that makes The Cure stand out from the competition. And this is exactly what I have been teaching my team – to cultivate a special atmosphere, pay attention to detail and take interest, to do that one little extra thing that will make the client just a little bit happier. We have a goal of making every customer smile, and more often than not, we achieve it. Seeing happy faces around me, the clients’ and the staff’s, makes this whole business worthwhile and fulfilling for me. And when the going gets tough, I remind myself of that, and smile to myself. That lovely feeling that I have created something that makes many people happy helps me through the tough times. We pride ourselves in giving each and every staff member two days off per week, in treating them with respect and consideration, in creating a lovely working environment for them, in making them laugh… Thank you for helping us bring this joy into their daily lives, thank you for being part of The Cure.
